A leading consulting firm in Ottawa is seeking a Senior Manager to lead governance, risk, and compliance services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in internal controls, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a relevant degree. This role involves advising clients on internal control frameworks and managing client relationships across various sectors.

We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our growing Governance, Risk and Compliance Services (GRCS) practice at a Senior Manager level.
Our Risk Services - Governance, Risk and Compliance Services (GRCS) professionals provide a range of risk advisory services to organizations including internal control advisory services, internal audit, enterprise risk management support, assessments of third-party relationships, regulatory compliance, governance reviews and sustainability initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a lead role in executing on the strategic business plan to grow market share, and leading a team of professionals dedicated to servicing internal control over financial reporting (ICFR), initial public offering (IPO) market for key sectors such as Technology, Media and Telecom, financial institutions, industrial markets, and other high growth sectors in delivering governance, risk and compliance services. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter, with demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in internal controls over financial reporting, internal audit, enterprise risk and compliance.
