Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness.
  • Champion safety culture through training, incident management, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Advise leadership and promote EHS accountability across teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial environments; 5+ years in leadership.
  • Knowledge of WorkSafeBC, BC Fire Code, Canada Labour Code, and environmental regulations.
  • Proven leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills; professional certifications preferred.
