Your Opportunity
BDO Digital's Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consulting Practice is looking for a Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing team, with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Canada. The successful candidate will own the following responsibilities :
Responsibilities
- Talent – Support the addition of new talent through participation in the recruitment process
- Team utilization planning and forecasting – Ensuring our support professionals have the skills, experience and capacity required to deliver our service offerings
- Engagements – Manage multiple engagements against budget, timeline and scope
- Engagements (cont.) – Participate in the development of Dynamics 365 F&O solution architecture for clients
- Vendor relationships – Monitor and manage vendor relationships where applicable
- Delivery and escalation – Leading internal and external action planning meetings and driving deliverables to closure; act as an escalation contact on and off hours as needed and manage any customer satisfaction or delivery concerns
- Client relationships – Build deep relationships with clients and assist in expanding engagement footprint when opportunities present itself
Growth
- Growth – Lead business development activities including identifying potential clients, devising business development strategies, consulting with clients, proposing technology solutions and closing business
- Practice growth – Develop and implement practice growth strategies including interviewing, hiring and training new staff members
- Service offerings – Determine the service solutions offerings for the group and the go-to-market strategy including developing new methodologies, tools and templates

Your experience and education
- 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O consulting and project delivery
- Experience participating in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O architecture and design, including an understanding of integrations with other systems
- 5+ years' experience in overseeing software projects / programs
- 5+ years' experience in managing and mentoring a team
- 2+ years' experience in engaging in pre-sales activities including estimations and proposal writing
- 2+ years' experience in managing upwards inclusive of engaging with senior customer personnel (Directors, VPs etc.)
- 2+ years' experience in the creation and implementing operational procedures and continuous improvement activities
