About the team you are joining
The Training and Licensing Team, within OSS-Flight and Technical Operations, is committed to the development and promotion of innovative training and licensing standards. More specifically, the Team is engaged in supporting the global implementation of Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) programs across aviation disciplines. The Team’s activities include interaction with States and regulators, IATA member airlines, training providers and international organizations.
What your day would be like
Reporting to the Head, Training and Licensing, OSS-Flight and Technical Operations, you will be responsible for the delivery of the current IATA CBTA products, for the continuous improvement of their content and the development of additional ones.
