What you’ll be Doing
  • Manage multi-million dollar monthly digital budgets across all performance marketing channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Display, App Install Campaigns, SEO, Referrals, TikTok scaling, and Facebook
  • Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations, with the speed and ownership to adjust tactics and strategies quickly based on learnings and opportunities
  • Work closely with agencies and in-house team to optimize media buying in effort to hit aggressive growth targets in a cost-effective manner
  • Direct and manage agencies to achieve goals and ROI targets
  • Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including budget pacing, New Customers, LTV, and CAC
  • Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests
  • Test new channels and technology to identify incremental audiences and inventory for accelerating growth
  • Bring expertise in house and build our internal muscles vs relying on outside agency talent
  • Manage budget and forecasting, including analysis and detailed metrics between spend and performance, providing recommendations on how best to capture ROI
  • Maintain an open, flexible, and results-driven team culture that drives value and growth in each individual
Who we are Looking for
  • 5-7 years of related performance marketing, demand generation, user acquisition and/or consulting experience
  • Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution
  • Deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CPM, and LTV
  • Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, as well as a strong grasp of funnel analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven performance marketing
  • Experience in managing large consumer marketplaces or consumer digital brands
  • Deep understanding of organic and paid marketing channels
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives
