Qualifications

• Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Ability to self regulate and work independently.
• Capable of performing physical duties including the movement of heavy objects.
• Familiar with and able to carry out minor repairs to facility and equipment.
• Knowledge and training in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Executes routine repairs to equipment and buildings.
• Paints and performs minor carpentry.
• Inspects the premises for maintenance and safety.
• Adheres to facility policies and safety rules.
• Completes housekeeping and maintenance duties.
