Qualifications

• 4+ years of legal experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house department.
• Experience managing people would be considered an asset.
• Willingness to manage a wide variety of legal issues across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide general advice and legal oversight of Tenaris’s business in Canada.
• Mentor, develop, and train a more junior lawyer.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts.
• Oversee litigation matters.
• Work closely with HR on labour and employment matters.
