Overview

Our client, a well-established private company in the automotive industry with $450M in revenue, is seeking a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to join their growing team. This role is critical to driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with their key clients. You\'ll serve as the dedicated point of contact for their most important accounts while identifying new business opportunities in the automotive market.

In this position, you\'ll manage the full sales cycle (12-24 months), represent the company at trade fairs and industry events, and work closely with the Sales Director to expand market presence. The role offers excellent autonomy, high visibility within the organization, and the opportunity to build long-term strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire and develop new customers in the automotive market
  • Manage and strengthen existing key client relationships
  • Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Coordinate sales activities and implement control processes
  • Track and manage customer change requests (CR/ICR processes)
  • Represent the company at industry trade fairs and events
Essential
  • Proven sales track record in the automotive industry with an established network
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Relevant sales experience and education
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent coordination and communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through capabilities
  • Experience with change request processes and client support
Preferred
  • Polish language skills or cultural familiarity

Salary: $110,000 - $113,000 annually

Bonus: 15% annual performance bonus

Travel: Minimal travel required (<25%), all expenses covered by company
