Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT or application support experience.
• Proven access provisioning expertise.
• Hands-on experience running reports and using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process application access request forms.
• Communicate with requesters to clarify access needs and approvals.
• Provision and validate access, retaining evidence for audit purposes.
• Ensure SLA compliance while working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Generate and run reports to track access and application activity.
• Support the Application Support team with daily operational tasks.
