The Sr. Instock Manager will own strategies to drive supply chain efficiencies and maximize sales, margin and turns. This is a critical role helping us build, manage and optimize a complex procurement system. The ideal candidate is able to lead and influence both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment, while maintaining a customer‑centric philosophy. They must be highly organized, self‑starting, highly analytical and thrive in a high energy environment – ideally with experience in supply chain and operations. You will be responsible for driving large and unique programs, coordinating with partner teams on scalable improvements, and building optimal inventory strategies.
Key areas of focus include driving improvement in inventory availability, increasing inventory efficiency, improving purchasing automation, and reducing input costs. The Sr. Instock Manager will also be responsible for process improvements, including identifying defects, reducing waste, and improving supply chain effectiveness. This role enables you to "hit the ground running" and make transformational impact on how we manage in‑stock and cost in one of the most exciting businesses. The position requires an individual with strong analytical capabilities who can work both autonomously and collaboratively in a demanding and often ambiguous environment with strong attention to detail and effective prioritization.
