What will you do?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalablefront-end (Angular/React)andback-end (Java, Spring Boot)applications with a focus on high performance and user experience.

• Build and enhanceREST APIs and microservices, ensuring seamless integration across systems.

• Solve technical challenges creatively and independently, delivering clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other team members in anAgile environmentto build exceptional products.

• Contribute to the team’s success bycoaching junior developers, sharing technical expertise, and performing code reviews.

• Explore and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development processes and solve technical issues.

• Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to align on team goals.

• Develop and execute automated tests to ensure quality and reliability of code.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• 4+ yearsof experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise inAngular/React(or similar front-end frameworks) andJava/Spring Bootfor back-end development.

• 4+ yearsof experience working withRDBMS(Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL),NoSQL(MongoDB, ELK), anddata streaming technologies(Kafka).

• Proficiency in building and consumingREST APIs, with hands-on experience in microservices architecture.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously on complex tasks.

• Exposure toDevOps practicesand automation tools.

• Eagerness to share knowledge and coach junior team members.

• A growth mindset, with a passion for learning new technologies and improving your craft.

Nice-to-have

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g.,OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker) and distributed applications.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Experience in integrating security protocols (JWT, OAuth).
