• 5-8 years of product or merchandising experience in the sportswear, outdoor or action sports industry.
• Strong market and trend knowledge in footwear.
• Proven merchandising and assortment planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the seasonal and multi‑year footwear strategy for the region.
• Own seasonal briefs, line adoption, pricing, assortment direction, and style forecasts.
• Work closely with merchandising leadership, sales, planning and global merchandising.
