Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace or automotive systems engineering, test engineering, or instrumentation.
  • Hands-on experience with systems development and/or hardware testing.
  • Strong understanding of engineering lifecycle activities from concept to certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall test development activities, including test coverage, maintenance, and safety.
  • Define and influence test strategy and support the growth of the test organization.
  • Design, build, and operate engineering test rigs and facilities.
