Overview

We are on a mission to build smarter, more sustainable energy systems—and we’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to help lead the charge.

In this role, you’ll design and develop the core electrical systems behind cutting-edge Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). From BMS and PCS to site-level integration and certification, you’ll be at the heart of solving grid challenges and accelerating the shift to renewables.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design from concept to implementation
• Own schematics, wiring diagrams, and safety compliance
• Collaborate with mechanical / software teams to build integrated BESS solutions
• Guide component sourcing, drive BOM / FMEA, and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute directly to a product that’s shaping the clean energy landscape

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the design and development of electrical systems, with a focus on BESS or lithium-ion battery applications
• Expert proficiency in relevant design software for electrical design of battery systems, power electronics, and control systems
• Demonstrated advanced understanding of lithium-ion battery technology, battery management systems (BMS), and power conversion systems (PCS)
• Full-time employment
