Qualifications

  • U.S. case management experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all aspects of disability management, including short and long term disability.
  • Coordinate case management with employees, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers throughout the disability process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for workplace accommodation.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain documentation.
  • Educate on disability processes and case management plans.
  • Monitor disability management performance through data collection.
