This role is with a company that is a leader in the video streaming industry. This role is great for someone located in Canada looking for a remote role. You will be working in PST working hours.

You Will:

• Designing, building, and running the data infrastructure to support the organizations growing data needs.
• Promotingbest practices, and improving the quality of the internal data products inside the video organization.
• Suggesting, anddefendingsolutions to make the video data platformbest in class.
• Develope scalable RESTful services
• Manage large scale AWS based infrastrucuture

You Have:

• 5+ years of experiencebuildinglarge scalereliable data backends, in collaboration with diversestakeholders.
• Experience distilling complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience promoting best practices by example, and mentoring junior engineers.
• 2+ years of experience workingwith Amazon Webservices, S3, EMR, Redshiftetc.
  

Salary range: 100-120k depending on experience
