The Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO) is responsible for the safe, reliable, and economic planning and operation of the Alberta Interconnected Electric System. We are looking for two Senior Design Analysts to join AESO’s Transformation Management Office (TMO). Reporting directly to the Manager, Business Design, you will help determine what business processes across the organization need to change and why. In this position, you will work across capability areas and facilitate sessions to map current- and future-state processes, identify gaps, and translate those gaps into actionable scopes of work. You ensure that future-state designs are operationally grounded, aligned with strategic objectives, and ready for handoff to TMO delivery planning. You may also support other internal TMO functions as needed to enable effective coordination, communication, and delivery of the transformation.
This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary, and a variable pay program.
