About the job Senior Customer Success Manager

The Opportunity

Scoop Robotix Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant (CSC) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and understanding data relationships, while also possessing strong communication and customer engagement skills.

As a CSC, you will become an expert in our highly configurable no-code platforms, helping customers implement and optimize Scoop’s Central Operations Hub (COH), GLOO Cloud Integration Platform (iPaaS), and LOOXY Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI) solutions. You will work collaboratively with a Customer Growth Manager (CGM) to ensure customer success, balancing technical solutioning with business growth objectives.

You will also play a key role in upstream solutioning and technical consulting during the pre-contract sales process, enhancing sales outcomes and ensuring smooth transitions from sales to implementation. A proactive mindset is essentialour ideal candidate actively monitors their book of business, identifies opportunities, and consistently adds value in every customer interaction - whether in a check-in email or in an all-team customer meeting.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Technical Consulting: Work with the sales team to assess customer needs, provide technical insights, and design high-level solutions.
  • Customer Consultation & Solution Design: Analyze customer workflows and configure Scoop’s platform to optimize their operations.
  • Implementation & Onboarding: Ensure smooth platform adoption by guiding new customers through setup and best practices.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Optimize workflows and advise on key integrations using strong analytical skills.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct training and workshops to maximize customer adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to improve customer experience and product offerings.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor customer health and provide insights to drive retention and success.
  • Revenue Growth & Retention: Partner with the CGM to minimize churn and maximize revenue within your assigned accounts.
  • Customer Expansion & Upsell: Identify opportunities for customer growth and collaborate on upsells and renewals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as Customer Solutions Consultant, Technical Customer Success, Business Analyst, or Implementation Specialist.

Education: A technical or analytical degree (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Analytics) is preferred.

Analytical & Logical Thinking: Ability to map workflows, analyze data structures, and solve business problems.

Tech-Savvy: Strong grasp of SaaS platforms, workflow automation tools, CRM, or ERP systems.

Customer-Facing Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem resolution abilities.

Proactive & Results-Oriented: Takes initiative, anticipates customer needs, and continuously adds value.

Revenue-Driven Mindset: Experience in customer retention, expansion, or revenue growth strategies is a plus.

Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and seeks continuous improvement.

Bonus Skills/Experience

Experience in solar, renewable energy, or field service industries.

Familiarity with integration platforms (iPaaS), business intelligence tools, or API-based solutions.

Prior work in customer onboarding, implementation consulting, or technical support for SaaS products
