The Role

Are you a dedicated, multi-talented Senior Creative who’s passionate about crafting compelling content and inspiring excellence? Reporting to the SVP - Creative & Production, you will lead the creative development of ad content for our clients throughout The Americas and Europe.

You’re not only a proven Copywriter but possess a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns across various media. You also have the experience and a strong desire to lead, develop, and inspire a small high-performing team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Crafting compelling copy and developing innovative creative concepts for a variety of audiences and media touchpoints, including broadcast, digital, social, and web.
  • Developing and presenting impactful creative pitches to leading FMCG marketers, effectively articulating creative vision and strategy.
  • Working closely with an in-house team (sales, producers, editors etc.) to guide projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring creative integrity and excellence.
  • Leveraging AI tools for content generation, workflow automation, and data-driven insights to support ideation, drafting, editing, and asset management within creative processes.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding creative deliverables, including storyboards, animation, motion graphics, and guiding post-production from offline edit to final mastering.
  • Directing content and providing creative support on set, ensuring the vision is executed effectively.
  • Demonstrating leadership by supporting colleagues through knowledge-sharing, guidance, and coaching to help build skills and capability.

Our Qualifications & Experience Wishlist
  • Post-secondary education in advertising/media/communications/marketing or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of industry-relevant experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work.
  • Ability to write strong, persuasive copy, tailored to a variety of audiences and platforms.
  • Proven experience in creating content for different formats, including social, digital, broadcast, and web.
  • Confidence when presenting to clients and pitching ideas, with a track record of successful creative presentations.
  • Experience in on-set directing and guiding post-production processes from offline to final mastering.
  • Excellence in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Proficiency in the use of AI tools for creative ideation, content generation, and workflow optimization.
  • Exceptional communication skills (additional language(s) considered an asset).
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
