Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in bookkeeping required.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Prepare financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Oversee collections and reconcile general ledger.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of accounting rules
