• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in telecommunications or IT.
• 7 years' experience in network operations for a telecommunications operator.
• 7 years’ experience in network incident handling for on‑site/cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Restore normal service operation quickly and minimize impact on business.
• Resolve IP connectivity incidents and manage records.
• Conduct post‑incident reviews and drive service quality improvements.
