Summary

Join Deloitte on a 1-year fixed term employment as a Senior Consultant, RoB Content Development and play a pivotal role in driving the Rhythm of the Business (RoB) for our client’s organization. As part of the RoB team, you will be responsible for annual planning program management, stakeholder communications, executive content creation, and strategic support. You will operate as a self-sustaining, contributing member, owning end-to-end processes and acting as a key resource for leadership and business alignment across all levels.
Please note that the working hours for this role will be aligned to Pacific Time Zone.

What will your typical day look like?
  • Lead the design, deployment, and governance of annual planning deliverables, including Kick Off Week materials, strategic briefs, templates, and delivery strategy documents.
  • Own and manage all communications related to annual planning across the business, such as newsletters, community calls, weekly syncs, pulse checks, and planning website updates.
  • Develop and finalize executive-level presentations that track planning progress and support decision-making for senior leadership.
  • Act as an agile resource for leadership, responding to high-priority, ad-hoc strategic planning requests and RoB governance needs, often requiring rapid synthesis of complex information.
  • Manage general planning activities and special projects that fall outside the formal annual cycle, providing strategic support as needed.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment by running community calls and sync-ups, ensuring clarity and consensus across all levels of the organization.
  • Create high-quality, client-ready content for all deliverables and communications, including executive presentations, newsletters, and community call decks.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
  • 4-8 years of proven program management experience, with expert ability to own and manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs (such as Annual Planning) from initial design through governance and execution.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with experience developing clear, compelling content that translates complex strategy and data into actionable insights for senior leaders and the broader organization.
  • Strategic thinking and data synthesis abilities, demonstrated by supporting quarterly reviews, analyzing performance data, identifying improvements, and articulating
    clear action plans.Effective stakeholder management skills, serving as the primary point of contact for planning execution and aligning stakeholders at all levels.
  • A self-starter mindset, proactively managing information flow and project timelines, defining deliverables, and mitigating risks across a matrixed organization.
  • High attention to detail and experience producing “client ready” decks, documents, and presentations for executive audiences.
  • Agility in responding to special project asks from leadership, quickly developing points of view and strategic recommendations as required.
Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
