What you'll be doing

As a Senior Consultant, Reporting & Data Solutions, you will lead the delivery of a number of data-intensive initiatives and business as usual activities focused on reporting (building new reports / dashboards, modifying existing reports), which includes building out and delivering on the strategic reporting roadmap in a consultative manner.

How you'll succeed
  • Advanced skills with Workday reporting – Partner with various HR functions and subject matter experts to gather / document / socialize requirements, test and optimize custom reporting and calculated fields within Workday to support US HR reporting deliverables.
  • Analytical / problem solving skills – Consult with your peers, vendors, and other sources to investigate and solve data-related issues, or understand core functionality and limitations within Workday. Attention to detail is a must.
  • Consulting - Partner closely with teams across HR to provide consultation and Workday solution expertise to intake, solution, and deploy designated initiatives and implementations across the portfolio.
  • Comfort with large data sets – Lead detailed analyses of large data sets (ranging from tens of thousands to millions of records) using either Excel, TextPad, Access, or other tools to find anomalies, and understand the data, and make recommendations.
Who you are
  • You can demonstrate 5+ years of experience in Knowledge of the HR function (systems, processes, and policy), business process development / continuous improvement, business / data analysis leveraging excel / reports, change management, project management, testing, solution delivery, consulting / advisory experience in roles with progressive levels of responsibility. It's an asset if you have design / configuration experience with HRIS systems (Workday).
