Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent for a large general contractor on commercial builds.
• Proven track record managing projects valued between $100K and $5M.
• Willingness to be hands-on in the field and to work occasional night shifts.
• Able and willing to travel and work across the Lower Mainland.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction activities and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project budget and forecasting to ensure cost management.
• Ensure clear communication of project roles and responsibilities.
• Inspect tools and equipment and notify for service and repair as needed.
