Responsibilities
  • Support the Sector Chief Compliance Officer in carrying out their responsibilities, including contributing to discussions related to the implementation of guidelines issued but the Autorité des marches financiers and applicable laws governing the organization.
  • Support relevant stakeholders during regulatory changes that may impact their activities by assessing impacts and participating in discussions leading to the necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in various committees and discussions with industry stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of action plans related to non-compliance issues, tolerance breaches, or any other regulatory-related incidents.

  • Is recognized for their proactivity, autonomy, and adaptability, while maintaining excellent work organization skills.
  • Has 7 to 10 years of experience in property and casualty insurance or in the financial services industry, including experience in a risk management role, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, with admission to the Bar or membership in the Chambre des notaires (Québec).

  • Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance sector.
  • Knowledge of the business operations of iAAH, Prysm, and iA Financial Group.
