We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation Partner to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in broad‑based compensation, short‑term and long‑term incentive programs, and sales compensation. This role is pivotal in acting as a strategic business partner to various departments, ensuring that our compensation offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
This role has an expectation of 3 days in the London, ON office per week, subject to change based on future business needs.
