Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of mid-market to large commercial clients across multiple industries
  • Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and mentorship to a team of commercial producers and account executives
  • Lead by example—achieve personal sales targets while supporting team performance
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, goal setting, and team structure
  • Attend client meetings, present insurance solutions, and negotiate with underwriters
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and carrier offerings
  • Monitor and report on team KPIs and performance metrics
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales, with a track record of success
  • RIBO or other relevant provincial license required
