Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with emphasis on casualty liability claims handling and insurance litigation.
• Completion of CIP’s, CRM and/or licensed in the legal profession.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze coverage, prepare Reservation of Rights letters.
• Develop resolution strategies for claims.
• Direct legal counsel and independent adjusters on claims.
• Analyze expert reports and litigation documents.
• Maintain detailed claim files and prepare comprehensive reports.
