Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in fixed or rotary-wing operations, preferably air ambulance.
• Strong working knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to aviation professionals aligned with Babcock’s principles.
• Oversee maintenance and operations of a fleet of 7 AW169s.
• Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) for the BC Aviation business.
