Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Commercial real estate underwriting, valuation, or credit analysis.
• Progress towards a CFA and/or CBV designation is an asset.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance and underwriting principles.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection of information required to complete annual risk ratings.
• Conduct risk analysis of various fixed income products.
• Conduct valuation and pricing of commercial mortgages.
• Develop expertise in the Commercial Mortgage sector in Canada.
