Location:

Grimsby, ON (RDA) (I) - Welding equipment rental

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, the incumbent is responsible for duties related to general accounting, fixed assets, revenue analysis and reporting for both US and Canadian entities.

  • Assists with the monthly and quarterly close process including preparation of journal entries and analytics
  • Responsible for accounting, reporting and analysis of Fixed Assets and Inventory
  • Prepares various monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Detailed monthly analysis of Gross Margins and operating expenses
  • Implement process improvements focusing on Fixed Assets, Revenue and Inventory
  • Facilitates local reporting, local taxation, transfer pricing and annual audits
  • Collaborates on department initiatives and assists with special projects
  • Ensures IFRS compliance standards are met
  • Performs other duties as required

Experience
