As a Senior Accountant [Non-Audit], Privately Held Business Group you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional service to clients under varying reporting frameworks across different industries and sectors
  • Planning, preparing and executing financial statement reviews and compilations, including budget and resource requirements
  • Completing monthly and annual bookkeeping for clients (preparation and advisory) and assisting with payroll and HST calculations
  • Preparing various types of tax returns and responding to CRA requests for information
  • Supervising, coaching and providing timely feedback to junior engagement team members
  • Contributing to the building of our reputation as the preferred business advisors in key sectors of our growing practice
  • Other duties as required

We’re committed to ensuring our compensation practices are fair, equitable and competitive. For this role, the current base salary range is $59,000-$79,000 in Kelowna, BC. If this role is available in another location, the associated salary range may vary based on relevant factors including geography.
