As the Senior Accountant, you'll be responsible for the preparation, analysis, and reconciliation of financial data to ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies. You will support financial planning, audits, and budgeting, while working alongside leaders to maintain a strong system of internal controls. With a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, your role supports Baptist Housing's mission to help seniors experience life well in supportive communities.
You're an experienced accounting professional who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and solving complex problems. You have a strong grasp of fund accounting and advanced Excel skills, and you enjoy turning numbers into insights that drive meaningful outcomes. You take initiative and own your responsibilities, but you're also a team player; collaborative, approachable, and someone others can count on. You're organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines with confidence and care. We offer a competitive compensation package, featuring an annual salary range between $75,000 and $85,000.
