What You’ll Do
  • Keep our accounting records picture-perfect , from AP and AR to the general ledger.
  • Ensure our financials are GAAP-tastic and accurate.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to keep our operations moving smoothly.
  • Lead and mentor our accounting team to success.
  • Strengthen internal controls and look for ways to make our processes smarter and faster .
  • Jump in on system improvements and process enhancements —we love efficiency!
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( CPA strongly preferred but not required ).
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in general ledger and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and best practices for internal controls.
  • Comfort with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel wizardry .
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and secretly excited about a perfectly reconciled account.
  • A team player who can lead, mentor, and share their spreadsheet magic.
