Senior Accountant – Assurance

KSDM LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, a reputable small‑sized public accounting firm based in Calgary, is excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Senior Accountant.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will complete a variety of file engagements while building strong client relationships through a proactive approach, exceptional project management, and advanced technical skills in accounting and tax.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of public accounting experience, ideally in a small to mid‑sized firm. CPA candidates preferred.
  • Confidence in preparing compilation engagements, with hands‑on experience in financial statement preparation and corporate income tax returns.
  • Familiarity with Caseware, Taxcycle, CCH iFirm, QBO and Microsoft Office.
  • A passion for supporting the development of junior team members (mentorship).
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and team members.
