Job Description
Youll be the Senior Account Manager inside a Growth Pod - owning client relationships, growth delivery, and blended performance across a portfolio of fast-growth DTC brands. Backed by our proprietary GS IQ platform, youll drive multi-channel budget allocation, conversion rate optimization priorities, and CRM performance.
This isnt a blank-slate role. Youll extract insights from our data infrastructure, hold pods accountable for precision execution, and ultimately own the growth outcomes at the P&L level. Youll work alongside top-tier media buyers, CRO specialists, CRM leads, and analysts to ensure brands scale profitably and sustainably.
Youre someone who creates momentum wherever you go. You combine sharp quantitative thinking with strong leadership instincts - you're able to make confident calls even when they challenge the clients initial view. You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and bring thick skin and calm under pressure.
You care deeply about precision and performance. You can quickly extract insights from complex data sets and turn them into action. Beyond numbers, youre a leader who mentors, motivates, and raises standards across your pod. Youre as comfortable getting deep into the details as you are guiding the big picture.
