Your Mission

Youll be the Senior Account Manager inside a Growth Pod - owning client relationships, growth delivery, and blended performance across a portfolio of fast-growth DTC brands. Backed by our proprietary GS IQ platform, youll drive multi-channel budget allocation, conversion rate optimization priorities, and CRM performance.

This isnt a blank-slate role. Youll extract insights from our data infrastructure, hold pods accountable for precision execution, and ultimately own the growth outcomes at the P&L level. Youll work alongside top-tier media buyers, CRO specialists, CRM leads, and analysts to ensure brands scale profitably and sustainably.

What Youll Do
  • Fully own the growth delivery of your portfolio of DTC brands : from auditing new opportunities to scaling existing clients
  • Lead your delivery pod, ensuring the team is clear on priorities, KPIs, and accountable to performance goals
  • Translate data into actionable growth decisions - shifting budgets, prioritizing CRO, and aligning multi-channel activity to the P&L
  • Drive client retention by setting clear expectations, making confident recommendations, and building trusted partnerships
  • Create shared processes and blueprints that allow every client to scale faster, smarter, and more efficiently
  • Contribute to Growth Shops innovation roadmap, exploring new tools, systems, and AI-driven workflows that raise the bar
Who We're Looking For

Youre someone who creates momentum wherever you go. You combine sharp quantitative thinking with strong leadership instincts - you're able to make confident calls even when they challenge the clients initial view. You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and bring thick skin and calm under pressure.

You care deeply about precision and performance. You can quickly extract insights from complex data sets and turn them into action. Beyond numbers, youre a leader who mentors, motivates, and raises standards across your pod. Youre as comfortable getting deep into the details as you are guiding the big picture.

Your Experience
  • 57+ years of DTC / ecommerce growth marketing experience
  • Proven experience in multi-channel, data-driven growth (you can show how youve shifted budgets, managed channel KPIs, and impacted P&L outcomes)
  • Strong grasp of business fundamentals : contribution margin, net profit, and DTC P not just media metrics
  • Highly self-motivated, operationally minded, and process-driven
  • Skilled in interrogating complex ecommerce data sets (e.g. pricing, shipping costs, profitability impacts) beyond surface revenue performance
  • Experience building, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Able to think creatively as well as operationally - balancing strategic structure with outside-the-box ideas
  • Fast, clear communicator who can influence and align across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Invests in personal growth, self-education, and continuous improvement
  • Confident yet open-minded, you care more about the right outcome than about being right
  • Bonus : Global perspective and comfort working across multiple time zones
