Responsibilities for Security Guard in Belleville

• Conduct regular walking patrols of factory sites and contractor locations
• Perform access control, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas
• Observe, report, and document any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security breaches
• Maintain accurate and timely incident and shift reports
• Enforce site rules and regulations in a professional manner
• Participate in and comply with WSIB safety protocols and training
• Communicate effectively with site personnel, contractors, and supervisors
• Provide a visible deterrent to criminal or unsafe activity

Qualifications for Security Guard in Belleville

• Valid First Aid Certificate
• G Class Driver’s License with access to a vehicle preferred, but not mandatory
• Prior experience in security, especially in industrial or factory environments, is an asset
