Duties :

1. Inspecting the interior and exterior of properties on a recurring schedule to identify infestation source, extent of damage, and access to infested locations.
2. Fixing any pest related damage to the client's building / property
3. Offering recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestation.
4. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
5. Preparing and applying product on infested areas using mechanical or electric sprayer and setting traps as per regulatory guidelines.
6. Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behaviour during service visits.
7. Identify and alert customers of additional service offerings that will provide value to the customer.
8. Ensuring all work is documented and submitted electronically after each visit.
9. Performing other duties as required

Requirements

1. Valid FULL driver’s licence and ability to pass a MVR check
2. High School diploma or equivalent
3. 1 to 2 years of customer facing and / or route based experience
4. Any carpentry or woodworking experience
5. Nuisance control experience
6. Must pass a pre-employment background screen
7. Available to work Monday to Friday with some weekends or on call shifts when needed
8. Ability to work independently throughout daily tasks after training
9. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
10. Attention to detail
