Qualifications

• Completed related degree or diploma in Outdoor Recreation Management.
• Secondary school graduation with two years of related experience is acceptable.
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance of park facilities.
• Interact directly with visitors and contractors.
• Enforce park rules to ensure safety.

Skills

Experience with hand tools and power tools

Ability to operate boats

Experience with ATVs and other vehicles

Managing human-wildlife conflict

Experience in research and compliance

Education

Degree or diploma in Outdoor Recreation Management

Secondary school graduation and related experience
