Job summary

Qualifications

  • Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence or equivalent.
  • Current WorkSafeBC recognized Occupational First Aid Certificate.
  • Successful completion of Enhanced Security Screening.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain park facilities for visitor safety and enjoyment.
  • Interact with visitors to provide information and enforce rules.
  • Support conservation efforts while ensuring enjoyable experiences.

Skills

Experience maintaining and safely using hand tools
Experience safely operating boats
Experience using electronic equipment
Experience working in diverse team environments
Experience managing the public and enforcing regulations

Education

Completed related degree or two-year diploma in Outdoor Recreation Management
Secondary school graduation and two or more years’ related experience
