About the job

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced Sea Operations Manager to join our team on a full time basis. Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Ensure Operations Department runs as a cost effective / profitable unit
  • Analyse departments statistical and financial figures with Directors (when required) • Enter
  • Taking appropriate corrective action to prevent recurrence of non-conformances
  • Responsibility for the implementation of procedures relating to their area
  • Responsibility for the identification, filing, collection, indexing etc. of all Quality records, which serve to demonstrate achievement of quality requirements and the effective operation of the Quality Management System
  • Responsible for the timely investigation of non-conformance requests, corrective action requests and customer complaint requests directed to them for resolution
  • The responsibility for documenting all changes resulting from management reviews, the approval of changes to documents and the subsequent re-issue once these changes have been incorporated
  • Responsible for the review of customer purchase orders, telephone, over-the-counter orders and for resolving all outstanding issues

  • Amazing communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to details
