  • Mandatory Certification: Must possess a valid, current Forklift Certification encompassing both Reach Truck and Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB) operations.
  • Proven Equipment Mastery: Demonstrated recent proficiency in operating specialized lift equipment with total precision and confidence in high-density environments.
  • High-Performance Mindset: A documented history of upholding rigorous safety protocols while maintaining high-speed throughput in a dynamic warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Dual-Equipment Flow: Masterfully utilize the Sit-Down Counterbalance and Reach Truck to optimize internal material movement and facility flow.
  • Logistics Execution: Drive the accuracy and speed of the order fulfillment process, ensuring all picking and packing meets strict customer timelines.
  • Inventory Integrity: Take ownership of inventory accountability through precise cycle counts and systematic audits to ensure 100% data accuracy.
  • Collaborative Agility: Proactively communicate with the broader team to navigate deadlines and safely handle manual tasks (up to 50 lbs) as required.
