About the Role

• 3-5 Years of experience
• Ran the scrum teams before but intermediate level
• 4 days in Office at Montreal
• Experience in project scrum leaderships as remove impediments, foster team coordination environment, and guide the team toward embracing agile principles rather than enforcing them mechanically
• Become the bridge between business and delivery, ensuring focus on value and reducing friction across the system.

Project Summary

The current CL policy architecture relies on BCO/XML, which introduces performance bottlenecks, long release cycles, and maintenance challenges. This business case proposes a phased migration to a new CL Model using JSON and Protobuf serialization to improve agility, performance, and maintainability.

Developer to help Intact migrate from XML to JSON for their DOM6 application services.
