A leading workforce management solutions provider in Winnipeg seeks a Scrum Master to coach Agile teams and facilitate effective sprint ceremonies. The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement, requiring 3-5 years of experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Candidates must have a CSM certification and strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility to work from home or the office.

Reporting to the Manager, Business Analysis, the Scrum Master plays a key role in enabling high-performing, collaborative, and outcome-focused Agile teams. This role coaches, mentors, and supports teams in Agile product and project delivery, helping them adopt effective ways of working while continuously improving flow, quality, and predictability. Acting as a Delivery Lead, the Scrum Master fosters clear communication, strong partnerships between Product Owners and teams, and a psychologically safe environment where teams can do their best work.
