Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master within a product or software development environment.
  • Proven experience facilitating Scrum events, supporting Agile teams, and guiding process improvements.
  • Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent is required.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Facilitates all Scrum events, sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives — keeping them focused, purposeful, and meaningful for the team

  • Supports the team on Agile principles and ways of working, helping them continuously improve and strengthen their self-management and collaboration

Required Experience
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master within a product or software development environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experiencefacilitatingScrum events, supporting Agile teams, and guiding process improvements
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms for backlog and sprint management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams or complex projects whilemaintainingalignment with strategic goals
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments that include engineering, design, and business teams
  • Exposure to scaling frameworks such asSAFe,LeSS, orScrum@Scaleis an asset
  • Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent isrequired
