Eminence Home Care is excited to announce an opening for a Scheduling Coordinator. This pivotal role is essential in ensuring the efficient allocation of caregivers to our clients, thereby maintaining the high standards of care for which we are known. You will be working closely with both clients and caregivers to ensure schedules align with the needs and expectations of both parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate caregiver schedules, ensuring all client needs are met timely and efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to scheduling and availability.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments, ensuring optimal service delivery.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, and feedback.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new caregivers with respect to scheduling needs.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, caregivers, and the management team to foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience in scheduling or coordination within a healthcare or home care environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
  • A compassionate and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent requests promptly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in scheduling or healthcare administration are a plus.
