A healthcare authority in Duncan, British Columbia is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate and manage health care service schedules in the community. The ideal candidate will possess Grade 12 education, an Office Administration Certificate, and two years of related experience. Responsibilities include adjusting schedules according to referrals and providing staff direction. This role emphasizes effective communication and organization skills.

Utilizing a variety of computerized applications, the Scheduler is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of health care services delivered in the community, including developing, preparing and adjusting schedules in accordance with referrals, care plans and applicable collective agreements, and providing direction to staff.
Education, Training And Experience Grade 12, Office Administration Certificate, recent, related experience of two years or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience such as post secondary courses in health care or social services or other qualifications determined to be reasonable and relevant to the level of work.
