Job Description

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in our site of Port of Quebec (Quebec), Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. As a Scale Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking material receipts and shipments. You will weigh materials, produce weigh tickets, and respond appropriately to customers.

What you’re responsible for:

• Greet customers and provide courteous service upon arrival.
• Weigh trucks and enter information into the system.
• Prepare delivery slips and shipping documents in the software.
• Answer phone calls and redirect requests as needed.
• Track material shipments and produce required reports.
• Perform general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, billing, etc.).

Qualifications

• You are proficient in MS Office.
