Job description
Overview

Work shift: Mon-Fri (8 am - 4 pm); flexible

This role is responsible for the execution of sanitation programs to drive accountability and visibility at the shift level. You will work closely with the manufacturing teams and will be responsible for sanitation documentation and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact on sanitation management and communication.
  • Lead, coach, and train front line sanitation employees and QBs.
  • Facilitate smooth transition on new product rollouts.
  • Facilitate initiatives to reduce consumer complaints.
  • Lead quality related investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
  • Support technical development for new and existing processes & products by providing input and guidance to business units to ensure all quality aspects are evaluated & solutions are implemented.
  • Facilitate 100% departmental compliance to PepsiCo Quality Systems, including the review and maintenance of key quality and food safety documents.
  • Manage compliance to GMP standards.
  • Ownership of sanitation programs, audits, and regulatory requirements
  • Leadership of Sanitation Team.
Qualifications
  • Post-Secondary experience required in Food Sciences, Microbiology or similar.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and leading for results through others.
  • Proficient with Sanitation programs
  • Strong communication skills
  • High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)
