This is a 6 month contract with potential opportunity for extension. Hybrid working model of 4 days’ onsite and 1 day remote.

What – the Role

Across the organization, teams use sample garments to create brand assets and make informed business decisions. The Sample Operations Team makes this possible by managing the critical steps of the sample garment process, from ordering to exiting.

Sample Operations Coordinator, Colour Samples

The Sample Operations Coordinator, Colour Samples, will coordinate the colour development samples process, including the daily activities needed to deliver a critical sample set for key go-to-market milestones.

  • Identify and socialize the sample ordering timelines for physical apparel, footwear, and special project orders seasonally
  • Coordinate cross-functional department activities prior to sample order submission, including communicating program scope and managing scope data
  • Create critical documentation managing the sample request through creation to production
  • Liaise with production partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of samples
  • Coordinate with key cross-functional departments to ensure creation of 3D samples
  • Receive and distribute Colour Samples to the associated teams prior to key Go-To-Market milestones.
  • Generate regular reports on sample status to identify gaps to be solved
  • Orient and train new sample ordering partners, providing clear training to ensure adhere to tight timelines
  • Support with additional Sample Operations tasks as required

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and has a willingness to learn
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and can quickly learn software systems such as Power Automate, Miro Board and AI Tools
  • 2 years experience working for a vertical retailer, apparel experience preferred
How Much

Hourly rate of 27-28.50/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.
